Size m seems perfect fit for waist size 30" does not move. fits all the essentials needed for run - phone, water flask, keys, gel. also additional loop for towel, tripod, or hiking stick is an added advantage. the material is light and breathable with mesh on both side as you can see in the photo the light passes through out

Fast delivery arrived on time i am using this for my 5 km runs daily and my samsung phone can be stored in the front without issues and it is not jumpy i am 28waist and got the small size. It is tight but holds the phone well there are pockets on the side and one at the back. Not sweaty however i find a little bit of creasing at the back because of my running shorts but if you were it properly they are won't be an issue i recommend this product price can be a little bit lower

Very comfortable waist bag. Size as indicated. The 500ml bottle fits perfectly in the back pocket, the phone in the front pocket, and there is another pocket for keys and another for gels. I recommend it.
Highly recommended, for someone who is 1.68 m tall and weighs 68 kg, I ordered size M and it fits perfectly, it doesn't loosen or move, quality 10/10.
The belt is fulfilling its function for now; I use it for mountain biking. However, please note that the "tightening" elastics on the front are only for decoration; they are sewn in and cannot tighten the whole thing.
