I don't know how they measure the yellow one, but the gray one is smaller than the green one. The material is not elastic, but it seems waterproof. The zippers are also protected from rain. It has a shoe compartment with access from one end.
I like the material and especially the many storage compartments. There are six large and small compartments excluding the main storage area, allowing for classification according to purpose.

Excellent item, really well made! I couldn't find anything better around, a classic waterproof bag full of pockets and also really spacious!
This bag has lots of pockets to organize gear but one weird thing is that the outside pocket is attached only on its sides, whereas if the bottom had been attached as well it would have made another neat open pocket. I learned when my stuff came out of the bottom when i put it in thinking it was a pocket, 😕 . It holds a lot and it’s well made. I just wish it was a bit smaller so it would perfectly fit on my van’s center console, and the top flap zippered up opposite of how it does so that the fabric could lift away from me when i open it, because i also want the small front pocket to face me for ease of access. Now i have to reach around the fabric to access the large compartment’s contents. It’ll do for now.

The size is about 50 centimeters wide, so it's a bit large. However, you can fit a lot of items in it. Once you put them in, everything fits perfectly.
